We know people like sleeping in night and also in daytime which we say afternoon. Our best example is the beautiful country JAPAN. I already told you about advantages of sleeping in afternoon. We know everything have disadvantages also.
I will discuss about the disadvantages of sleeping in the afternoon.

Disadvantages:
1.
If you take sleep in the afternoon for a long time you will feel the evening very dull and boring. You will not have any interest to do any thing which we called sleep inertia.
2.
If you sleep for a long time in afternoon in normal time when you have no exam. You will face problem in night. You will not feel sleepy for a long time which can effect your health also.
3.
Sleeping in the afternoon give birth to the laziness. We will not feel like doing nothing. It can effect students. It effects in curiosity. Students should be much more active but nap in afternoon make it less.
4.
We should sleep little in the afternoon. We sleep long in the afternoon we feel little much pain in muscle. Which is not good for teenagers. It reduces Little much muscle strength.
5.
Sleeping is not a bad thing but many people sleeps for 3 to 4 hours. We should not do this in any age because it effects on mental health. We take nap for boosting or re generating our brain. To much sleep can effect in whole body parts also.
